An HV Transformer Rectifier is a critical component in an Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) that converts low-voltage AC into high-voltage DC to charge the electrodes and collect dust particles from industrial flue gases.

HV Transformer Rectifier Units are used to provide a high negative DC voltage, typically between 45kVpoc to 130kVpoc at DC currents typically between 100mA and 2200mA.

At Castlet we install suitable TR Units for outdoor use. All units are IP65 protection standard, hermetically sealed, ONAN cooled using either mineral oils or synthetic fluids such as Silicone fluid or Midel. Coatings are suitable for outdoor, coastal and aggressive environments.
