Founded in 1974 and located in the beautiful cathedral city of Lincoln, one of the world's great historic places and birthplace of the tank; Castlet is proud to continue the great engineering legacy.
With over 80% of our employees being shareholders, Castlet is truly independent; meaning that we work together as a team to provide the first-class service our customers have come to expect.
We invest in our staff, and believe that young people are the future. To this end we run a very successful apprenticeship scheme; and, over the years, a number of senior roles have been filled by people who began their Castlet journey this way.
We continually invest in Research and Development; and also work in partnership with UK universities to ensure that we keep ahead of the game in our worldwide markets. We have installed equipment in over 70 different parts of the world, and export to more than 30 countries each year.
